Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana super-ripe
  • 3-4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Method
 

  1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl or blend it in a blender until super smooth.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, then mix well, and at the end, add the peanut butter at room temperature.
  3. Mix everything together and make sure that the peanut butter spreads out evenly.
  4. Then, fill the silicone molds (or ice cube trays).
  5. Freeze for about 3–4 hours until the treats are completely solid.
  6. Pop out a couple of treats and give them to your dog as a special frozen treat!

Notes

This recipe works really well with cooked pumpkin! And it's really good with applesauce! Just add them to the mix.
